Graduating with a BA (Hons) in Photography from Trent Polytechnic in Nottingham, England in the Late 80′s, Craig went on to win The David Hodge Memorial Award Young Photojournalist of the Year with a story he had covered in Thailand. He then, in the early 90′s, joined a team of 5 Photographers for the launch of “The European” newspaper based in London covering editorial assignments worldwide. After “The European” he spent over a year based in Moscow as a photographer for FSP/Gamma travelling across most of the old Soviet Union territories. Eventually returning to London he continued assignments for Editorial clients in the UK and world wide but now based back in London. He now lives in Eastern Germany continuing to work on various commissioned and non-commissioned assignments with a particular interest in political and social issues. On all feature pages the original story written by Craig and used in publications is attached and is to be found by clicking the Info ( I ) button on the page. The exception is ‘The Projekt‘ which was an assignment commissioned by the European Union and was purely intended as an exhibition.
